The Surf Cave was born from a simple idea: make surfing accessible, fun, and unforgettable for everyone. Founded in the heart of San Juan del Sur, we started as a small operation with one board and a dream.

Today, we’ve helped hundreds of surfers — from complete beginners catching their first wave to experienced riders perfecting their technique on Nicaragua’s legendary breaks.

What hasn’t changed is our commitment to personalized instruction, small groups, and creating genuine connections with every student who paddles out with us.
